Event Recap:

That’s a wrap on National Association of Broadcasters NAB Show in Las Vegas! It was a valuable week connecting with partners, exploring new technologies, and continuing important conversations around the future of media and content workflows.

A standout takeaway: AI has moved from experimentation to operational deployment! Rather than “AI as a future concept,” the conversation at this year’s show centered on real-world implementation, especially around:

AI-generated localization and subtitling at scale, moving beyond novelty into viable media supply chain solutions (particularly relevant for #IFEC content servicing)
Hybrid cloud + automation workflows becoming the default operating model, not a future roadmap
Metadata, discoverability, and monetization powered by AI, with strong focus on extracting more value from content libraries

The NAB Show 2026 showed that the industry is moving from asking “What can AI do?” to “How do we operationalize AI at scale?”
