IFE Promotion for ANA

The West team works on a number of content strategy pillars, defined by the brand values, when programming and promoting content for ANA. West launched ANA’s promotional videos in 2022 – which highlight the airline’s top content and extend the ANA brand. In 2024 West designed, managed and launched ANA’s IFE microsite that has driven significant passenger engagement across multiple platforms.

Maximizing Porter's Potential

West supported Porter’s successful entry into service with the Viasat IFEC solution, working collaboratively to design the GUI structure and layout, ensuring that this tied in with their brand identity and target audiences. Working with Viasat we implemented a flexible mid-cycle load to support their advertising strategy. To enhance content discovery, ‘Mr. Porter’s Picks’ was introduced to highlight content that resonates with the brand and has driven exceptionally high engagement rates. West also collaborates with Porter’s social media team to seamlessly promote their airline initiatives on the IFEC platform.
