Troy Burlage - Vice President of Sales & Business Development
Troy will lead our Home Entertainment division in Studio City focusing on Blu-ray/DVD Production and Language/Audio Services, as well as working closely with our In-Flight Entertainment customers and local Orange County producers in need of post-production services.
Troy has over 17 years’ experience in digital media/post production sales. He most recently served as Vice President of Sales at Ambient Digital Media, a GEE Media company.

Jeff joins West Entertainment bringing over 15 years of experience across the home entertainment, digital distribution and music industries. Jeff will oversee our Home Entertainment division based in Studio City, CA. Jeff has worked with a wide range of disc-based, digital and audio production facilities between Los Angeles, New York and Toronto, driving both the operations of many world-renowned facilities as well as acquiring a loyal roster of customer relationships who we are pleased to welcome under the West Entertainment umbrella.
Dina Welch’s account management spans over 15 years working with some of the most prominent companies in the industry. Lionsgate Home Entertainment, Magnolia Pictures, Martha Stewart Living and Food Network are among some of the clientele she has managed projects for. Her attention to detail is an attribute we welcome at West Entertainment.
Ray Kalust joins West Entertainment as Digital Operations Manager for our Studio City location. With over 19 years of diverse experience in the post production industry, Ray brings a keen sense of anticipating customer needs and delivering desired results. His strong project management, business and technical background always enhance the customer experience.
Emil Nguyen joins West Entertainment as Director of Authoring Services. A graduate of the University of California Berkeley (Magna Cum Laude) Emil has over 10 years’ experience in the field of DVD & Blu-ray authoring. His attention to detail and work ethic makes him a perfect fit for this team.
We are truly excited about the future of our Home Entertainment division. Having multiple facilities along with the most up to date authoring and encoding solutions reaffirms our commitment to customers our intent to deliver the best products available. In the near future, we will be announcing our entry into the Digital Distribution, UHD, and 3D arena which will offer our customers a wide array of digital servicing products. Our success will be driven by our team’s experience as well as their “customer first” attitude.
