The 14th Aviation Stakeholders Convention and 3rd African Aviation Safety & Operations Summit, hosted by the African Airlines Association (AFRAA), brought together aviation leaders, regulators, airlines, and industry partners in Johannesburg this May to discuss the future of aviation across the African continent.
Held under the theme, “Resilient African Aviation: Partnerships – Empowerment – Profitability,” the convention focused on the strategic priorities shaping the industry’s next phase of growth. Discussions explored a wide range of topics, including industry collaboration, operational sustainability, connectivity, profitability, leadership, and the continued development of Africa’s aviation ecosystem.
Hosted by South African Airways, the event welcomed more than 500 delegates from across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and North America.
